Green Eggs And Ham
My childhood book that i chose is Green Eggs and Ham the theme in the book is to never say something is not good until you try it out for yourself, because once you do try it out you might feel differently about it. I feel like the author gave me the idea that this is the theme because he kept denying the dish until he finally tried it and enjoyed it. He wanted to have it more and more. And that is why I think that the theme is basically TO NOT JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVER. Because Green Eggs And Ham might look discusting and nasty but the taste can end up being deliscous .

ReplyDeleteI agree with his theme that you can never say you don't like something or you dislike something if you never took the time to try it. I also think that his theme is correct, my theme for this book is also don't Judge a Book By its Cover. The cover does not describe the book by any way. I believe to judge a book you should read it then after you finish the book you should get you opinion by that. As in the Story the author should the theme by not wanting in to eat the green eggs in ham, and after he did he really enjoyed it.
ReplyDeleteI think you got exactly what you where suppose to get out of the story never say never till you try I completely agree. When I think of the story I think the theme is dont be rude when someone is try to be nice and share. I belive the author created the theme by making Sam wish he would have just tried it in the beggining.
